How do I get started, and what does it cost?
Leave your phone number in the Message Elle field to request contact. Membership is free to you through your lawyer. Legal advice and representation begin with an agreed engagement.
What's included, and can my family use it?
Your spouse, dependents and parents share one account. Ask unlimited iMessage questions and send unlimited documents, up to 15 pages each. Membership includes an organized living vault, an annual living-document review, deadline monitoring, qualifying claims filing, and one demand letter or call per month.
Who answers my questions?
AI drafts your answer and a state-licensed attorney reviews it before you receive it, within the hour. Bring questions about your home, family, work, estate or tax matters, and immigration. Advice depends on a suitable lawyer in your jurisdiction.
What if I need a specialist?
You choose a pre-qualified specialist and consent to the engagement. Your personal counsel stays involved as co-counsel. Representation scope and fees are agreed separately, not through a membership upgrade.
Are my conversations protected by attorney-client privilege?
Confidential communications with your lawyer for legal advice can qualify for attorney-client privilege, subject to applicable law and exceptions. It does not cover every message, document or AI interaction. CC'ing a lawyer does not automatically make a thread privileged, and an inquiry alone does not create a lawyer-client relationship.
